I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

No, we do not offer refunds.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

WHY IS MY PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK?

As we do not stock large quantities of any item, the merchandise you have ordered may become unavailable. We will email you as quickly as we can about any out of stock items

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

No, we are unable to accommodate an exchange at this time.
